FLOWERS AND BOUQUET RETURNS POLICY

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, returning flowers and other perishable items such as plants is not covered by standard returns policies, as they are considered non-refundable due to their perishable nature.

Rebel Rebel reserves the right and discretion to define our own returns policy for perishable items, there may be limited exceptions under certain but not most circumstances.

While we may offer store credit or replacements if a genuine issue arises, standard refunds are unlikely for simply changing your mind or not liking the floral arrangement. This is not a valid reason for a return or refund, as it's considered a matter of personal preference.

If the flowers or plants are clearly damaged or of poor quality upon receipt (e.g., wilted, diseased), you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

We cannot cancel or refund fresh flowers and foliage once the sourcing and delivery process has commenced, as they are classed as perishable items.

CANDLES AND MERCHANDISE RETURNS POLICY

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, a full refund, including any delivery costs, is possible if a customer has informed Rebel Rebel within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. The customer has another 14 days to return the item.

We are not legally required to provide a refund on items that have already been worn or used.

We are obligated to offer a like for like replacement or full refund if an item is damaged, or not as described at the point of sale.
